At the Gemcamp Laboratory, we highly prioritise precision, accuracy, proper disclosure and most of all; impartial evaluation. We do not commercially sell, buy or trade gemstones, nor do we endorse or represent the interests of any specific gemstone store or seller. Many of our services are completed on premises, and as such we welcome you to set an appointment with our facility for the applicable lab services listed below. Kindly note that payment for laboratory testing services are to be made during your in-person session.
Rates are based on carat weight (for each individual gemstone) or the quantity of mounted stones (in each individual jewelry piece) depending on your type of item. Kindly review our list of laboratory rates here, before setting an appointment schedule.
Individual Diamond Grading Report
Our GIA Graduate Gemologist personally grades your gemstones for the 4C's of diamond grading: Color, Clarity, Cut and Carat Weight. Each stone submitted to the lab is subjected to a series of tests that involve the use of advanced scientific equipment, coupled with an in-depth knowledge of gemology and its practices. This rate is for one (1) single diamond's full gemological evaluation.

This comprehensive evaluation (with full printed report) is for any one (1) single jewelry item with multiple gemstones or diamonds mounted onto its setting (i.e. tennis bracelet or a ring with sidestones). Gemological identification and concise grade-ranges are detailed for pave, accent or sidestones, segregated by their specific carat weight ranges or shapes. Metallurgical analysis is not a gemological procedure, and therefore is not part of this package.
